Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Center is part of the ministry of Trinity Lutheran Church. Our purpose is to serve families of our church and community who desire Christ-centered care for their children. Our goal is to provide a safe, healthy, nurturing Christian environment for your child while attending our center. We offer a large variety of stimulating activities which facilitate the individual child's development socially, cognitively, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Our Mission
The mission of Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Center is to nurture our children spiritually and to challenge them academically while emphasizing God's involvement in all aspects of their lives. We believe that children are "Precious in His Sight" for Jesus said: "Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these" Matthew 19:14
Our Philosophy
Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Center is committed to a high standard of excellence in providing opportunities for each child to grow physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. The environment and program are carefully planned to provide challenging and interesting activities as well as allowing plenty of time for meaningful play, an extremely important format for learning. Outdoor/indoor play, music, literature, art, large and small motor, science, and math activities are some experiences children enjoy daily. A unique component of our center is our team. Each team member is a committed Christian with a vision for ministry and genuine love for children.
Our Childcare Center
We provide a Christian atmosphere where a child can play, learn, and grow as an individual. Our goals are to help instill a Christian attitude through example, build self-confidence and a sense of self-worth, encourage curiosity, provide a warm and accepting environment, and provide a wide variety of experiences that draw from interest areas such as creativity, math, science, music, practical life, literacy and large and small muscle development.
Our Preschool Programs
Children progress through their preschool years at different rates and have a wide range of abilities. It is our goal to build on these abilities and interests as we guide and teach them. Children receive time to move at their own pace while learning math, science, music, social studies, creativity, and literacy concepts. We provide plenty of play time, which is key to their learning, while they learn skills of negotiation, problem-solving, and friendship.
